In this class you will practice yoga adapted for the Bigger Body
in a supportive environment. Poses are made accessible through
the use of props (straps, blocks, bolsters, blankets) and the pace is
patient and mindful with ample opportunity to move into and through
each posture. Deep yoga breathing together with the posture work will
activate and release your core energy, stimulating better digestion
and metabolism. Inner strength is cultivated to assist your process of
cultivating a positive relationship with your weight issues,
your body and the world.
